need help on new selection part of the program

HELP!

Having trouble entering new selections, have printed my first book, now I need to start new selections but am having problem, the songs go in but I can't seem to be able to start a new title or artist in microsoft word. Has anybody started a new selection in their song books if so I need some help with this in laymans terms.
