songs coming up too slow??

I have upgraded to 2.209, and it seems it takes an excessive time for the songs to come up. They are very slow to get started. Is there anything I can do to correct this? They came up much faster with older versions. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx,,,,,Sherri

You're the first to mention this

We'll see if anyone else answers. I'm not aware of anything we did in the code to change this, but it is possible. We are not even aware, until now, that there may be a problem.

I assume you mean when you have multiple songs already loaded into the Playlist that it takes longer for the next one to start playing?

I would appreciate it if you would be very specific as to exactly what you are doing when you say "excessive time for the songs to come up." and "They are very slow to get started." Until we clearly undstand your complaint, we can't address it as a problem for us to solve, or whether your computer setup may have changed.

more precise

I'm speaking of when you click 'Play', it seems to take longer than the last Hoster before the song actually appears on the screen and begins. It goes to 'cue', then it begins, but it just seems longer than usual before the screen changes. I didn't know if maybe there was a way to speed that up from a button somewhere. You never know unless you ask. Thanks, and I hope this helps.

Excellent answer

We'll take a look at it now that we have your definition.

I haven't heard others discuss this as a problem, but that simply may mean you are ahead of the croud!

Just in case, check your tools/autoplay setting, set to 0

Sheri,
Did you get this fixed or are you still having the same problem?

yes Bryan, this is fixed, but maybe you can help me out with another. The key change is very worbled, and quite prominent. I really don't remember it being like that before, is there something I can do about this?

Re: songs coming up too slow??

I have not had any other clients reporting the Key change sounding bad. Please make sure you upgrade to version 2.213 Release #3 since this is now the latest version, if you have not. You do this by clicking on your Personal Download Link, in your original email.

Then let me know what you think of the Keychange.

Oh yes change the key and it really sounds bad.

Of course, I also have a seperate key-changer unit that sounds pretty much the same. Now that I think about it, I haven't heard a really good one yet.
