I need upgrade for plextor712a

I need upgrade 2.6 for my new plextor 712a
I do not have the email ( only a printed copy of it) for when I purchased last upgrade from 2.312 to 2.506
I do have the original email for when I purchased the 2.312
I don't mind if I have to pay the 15.00 for the upgrade but will I be able to install it, since I don't have the email for my last upgrade to the 2.506

upgrade 2.506 was bought under email derwinvota11 @ comcast.net. That's how it got lost the internet provider changed their names, and screwed it up.

I do have 2.506 installed on my new computer, it just doesn't recognize the PX712a
