Question No Drives Found

I am running Hoster version 2.014. No drives show up, even if I try changing the ASPI settings. My drive is the Plextor external CD-RW that I bought from MTU because it's guaranteed to work, but I cannot get it to work. What do I do?

P.S. And how do I email MTU if I am not using Outlook?

I am getting very frustated at spending this much money and not being able to do anything with this software.

Jerry... I'm sorry you had difficulties. There are so many variables on PC/Windows computers today this can happen. I'm glad to see you are now up and running.

There is an Email MTU button at top left of this screen. Any email program will work. We don't use Outlook either!

The Go to MTU.com button beside it takes you back to our web site home page. There you will see the navigation links in the left column. Click the Contact MTU link link for other emails.

Click the Customer Support link to read how to get support. BTW: you are doing exactly what we recommend.
Also, always read the NOTE: answers at the top of any Forum you go into, such as this Hoster Help Forum. There is a link above that says what to do when your drive is not found.
