cannot copy single tracks

i am running micro studio with windows xp . when i try to copy single tracks from a sc karaoke disc i get the following error message (unable to read audio sectors1:0:0 illegalcommand request(04h 0ooh o2h o5h 64h ooh) do i have mulitple problems? i have been going through your forum for over a week but the specific problem doesn't appear. iv'e tried the driver solution in the FAQ center but i can't load sloution #2or#3 can you help me .bear in mind im a novice with this -problem andy smith
