Closing Microstudio

Does anyone know why I have to hit Alt Ctrl Del to close Microstudio if I play a CDg on it?

This shouldn't happen. The only things that I can think of is that you might need to upgrade your DirectX to version 8.1 or higher. Click here to go to the thread that explains how to check and update DirectX.

I would also recommend that you upgrade your Video card drivers to make sure that they also support DirectX 8.1 or higher.

If after trying the suggestion from MTUsupport you have the same problem you might want to consider trying a friendly program call X-Setup that fixes some of Windows little problems like not closing programs properly or like Program not responding.

It's a freeware and believe it's doing the job!
You'll have an option call: "auto end program" so you'll need to activate the plugin & restart.

Hi Bryan,
These were checked when I had my first problem and saved to a file.
Directx version is 8.1
DX setup parameters not found
DXDiag version 5.01.2600.1126 32bit unicode
