Re: importing different file types

Yes, unless you have a very old version that did not import video types.

Which version do you have ?

Re: importing different file types

Your version should import videos OK . I no longer have your version to check the procedure but you import them via the import song files option.
One thing I will point out is they have to be on the Hard drive, you can't import them straight of a DVD disc.
Also to play videos you will probably have to install the K-Lite codec mega pac. available here: http://www.codecguide.com/download_k..._pack_mega.htm

To Import the videos, from the menu select "Import songs/index song files".
In this dialog you will have to select the KMH as type option then the video button at the bottom, this brings up the explorer window to brows to the folder containing the files. At the bottom of the explorer dialog is a drop down arrow for files of type, if you select all it will display all types or choose just the type your trying to import. When you can see all the videos listed press select which will take you to the import dialog, now you will need to match the file to the define field order to get them to import with their artist and titles correct, once you have that right click the add button and it will add the first 99 tracks to the bottom window, once there check that the files are listed correct. When your happy all looks correct press the index files button.
