background audio

can anyone tell me why I am experiencing a loss of sound part way through the beginning of each song.
its only for about 1-2 secs and only happening on the background audio

Hey,
Can you give us the specs of your computer? Has it ever worked on this computer? If so, did this just start happening? We are going to release version 5.35.01 with a bit of changes to the background audio player this week.

Intel (R) Core i3 3110M CPU @ 2,40GHz
RAM 4.00GB
System type 64-bit OS

Had the problem with 5.32 upgrade and thought that 5.34 would fix but unfortunately still there
does not occur on my other laptop but have windows 7 on there

just upgraded to 5.35 and still experiencing loss of sound for 1-2 secs on background audio
music would start however 8-10 secs into the song it would stop for 1-2 secs and then continue this happens with every song quite annoying actually

can anyone assist

Go to Tools>Audio Controls and try different settings on Prevent Audio Drop Outs.

It is located near the bottom...

What settings did you set it to? Also what processor do you have? So we know what to set the defaults to?
