Hoster & Windows 8

Are there any known issues with Windows 8 and hoster?

Up til now, all our lappies have been running xp, vista, and 7 with few problems. we recently purchased 2 new toshiba laptops and a personal asus all runnin' windows 8 and NONE of them will play video files in hoster nor display more than 1 line of the marque. Have i missed a settings memo?

There are no problems reported by others using Windows 8, in fact MTU are going to ship their own computers with Windows 8.

Regarding your video problem have you in stalled the K-lite mega codec pack on these computers ?

As to the marquee, when you open the marquee dialog do you have the "Use Top" radio button selected ? if so that's why your only seeing the one line the "selected" radio button will show all lines ticked providing you have scroll selected and not "No scroll"
