Thumbs down Need help me o response for solve this problem


This is a scam or what?
I bought the upgrade "Hoster" 5.08 and installed it on two computers. A PC and a new laptop. The laptop I suddenly failed hard drive a month ago and had to change it without giving time to uninstall the second version. The PC is failing me, or Hoster. I returned my laptop and try to install the second copy will not let me. I sent a "ticket" and I do not solve anything and I closed it. Do I have to pay again for an upgrade? Where I will be paying out the cost for the same upgrade for the same program? are crazy. For these things I thought of change for the competition program. More updates and at less cost.

You don't have to buy another upgrade.

What did the result of the ticket tell you that you closed ?

It should free up your registration to install on the computer that failed.

What message do you receive from trying to re install ?

The message is "This software can install in 2 computers. Our records show the RegCode you entered is installed in 2 computers."

At this moment only 1 computer running Hoster.... I no have other install

I take it you are entering the correct registration code and the original email address you used when you first registered the product.
These details can be checked from your account page at: https://www.mtu.com/catalog/login.php

I am not sure why this was closed, but you can reinstall the software now.
