Wohen I play my songs either on hosted or microstudio my songs will skip during the playing. Do I need to run updates on my laptop?

What are you doing besides playing when it hiccups?
What version of Hoster?
What operating system?

I have the new hoster and make sure no other programs are running while playing. I have 100 gigs on laptop with 22gigs of free space available.

What version of Hoster did you have before upgrading?
What operating system do you have (XP, Vista or Windows 7)?
How much memory (RAM) does the laptop have?
I was not meaning outside of Hoster though that can effect it too, but are you opening Search or the Singers Database while the song is playing?
You say you have 100GB with 22GB free. I am guessing this is your hard drive space. Recommended is minimum of 25% free. Have you defragmented the drive lately to help keep the computer speed up?
