Problem with last nights performance

Last night is the first time I have had a problem with a performance. While playing all songs, the words were delayed behind the music, enough to make it annoying. The only thing I have done is update the new 4.11 which updates the bucket.mdb's song list. I did that the day before. If no one has any ideas on what to do, I will then blow away 4.11 on the laptop and copy the download from the desktop. The reason being, when I downloaded the new 4.11 (with songs) it asked if I wanted to replace the one I already had copied and I said yes. I have XP and all updates, plus two gigs of ram.......Any Ideas???
