Urgent Help Required!
How do I go about getting any help from MTU?? I am trying to install the hoster 3.316 upgrade which I just purchased. I paid my money, it won't install, I sent a support ticket 3 days ago to MTU & selected "High Priority" and no one from support has even bothered to open it as yet!! what kind of support service is that? very poor service I think! I have gigs to do, the upgrade has wiped my previous version off my pc now so I need to get things sorted urgently & time is running out for me. I feel very let down by MTU support, it seems they are happy to take the money but don't want to help anyone!

Try restoring your computer to a time before you did the upgrade.

"won't install" doesn't tell us much.
Are you sure you are using the same email address as when you first purchased? The registration code is case sensitive, are you sure it is being entered exactly as it appears? You may have a corrupted download. Download again, and override existing file. If those are correct, what kind of error messages are you getting? If none of these quick fixes get you out of the jam, restore to a time prior to the upgrade, as Sam suggested. Last edited by George; July 12th, 2007 at 08:43 AM. |
