make sure your pc is capable of dual display..you need to get a cable s-video to rca....plug in the s/video from your pc and the rca to a tv.. make sure the tv is on..but first go to your control panel then setting and click on display..youll see a a box # 1 and 2 click on 2 and check on extend my monitor..apply/ok then close..open up hoster and drag the small screen to the tv..you should be all set

Hi' Ed
Right click on blank area of your desktop, go to propertys, left click.
go to settings, if you see two boxs 1 & 2, you should be able to make it work for TV out.
what type of computer do you have, what operating system, what video card ??. the more you tell us the better chance we can help. Bob
