Problem with Original Registration Code

I thought I had Hoster installed. I opened it and it was like it was in the middle of the installation, so I continued. When I got to the part where the Original Registration Code is, it was empty, so I went to my account to see what my registration # is. I put that in and a box came up saying... Your serial # does not match your registration information. Please reinstall Hoster and try again. I kept trying to reinstall and finally realized the # I was putting in, must be the NEW registration #. I did a RESTORE on my computer, but the old Hoster has the same number. I have a copy of every order I have made with MTU over the years, but I can't find my original order for Hoster, so I can get the Original Registration Number. How can I get the Original Registration Number I need???? I've just spent the last three and a half hours trying to figure this out. Any help would be appreciated!!! I still can't figure out how I opened it, and it was in the installation mode. And yes, it worked when I first installed it. And yes, I uninstalled the old one first.

Thanks,
Ernie

You will need to submit a ticket in the Support Center to get your Hoster registration reset.
