Need help to restore my programs

I tried to upgrade my Hoster software via the internet and all four programs, namely: Hoster 3.110, Microstudio, KhPro, Vogone and Keyrite crashes.
What can I do to restore these programs?
It's five days since my programs are down and I am not successful with the phone system.

Is your Windows up to date? This is the cause of many a crash.
Are the programs telling you your registration code doesn't match? You may have to reload each program to fix this.
