New Hard Drive

I installed a new hard drive in my laptop. I uninstalled hoster online. I tried to reinstall hoster on the new hard drive but it states it has been installed on two sytems already. Before I installed the new hard drive I uninstalled the software from the old hard drive so based on this it is really installed only on one system. I need to install it on the new one. Help........

Actually Beavis they need to go to the Support Center as the Critical Registration Forum is no more.
