help my screen goes black and then the words dissappear. i have called so many times. dell checked out my comp they say it is a software problem. took out songs from hoster and reburned then still having lyrics that look horrible.now they tell me that my burner warranty expired 30 days ago after calling for 5 months i feel a little dissappointed in the customer service help i have received. it is so embarrassing when the lyrics run over each other and then disappear.
