hoster wont load on vista buisness

computer is 1 week old.
i had installed windows office xp.
i removed office xp.
i have done a system restore, to the out of the box configuration....
i have run all microsoft updates.
i try to run hoster .
pic of jukebox comes up.
install screen comes up and blue bar goes all most to the end and stops.
error message comes up.

laptop computer info:
hp dv6000
2 gig ram
160 gb hd
intel 2.0 processer
vista buisness
ge force go 7400

please help........

I have seen this same problem under xp pro. And everytime it involved "Microsoft Net Framework" just wondering if this could be the culprit here...

Yes I read the other thread after reading this one. It would be nice if people didn't duplicate their posting of problems.
