seeing double lines during play

I have a Beatles cd manufactured by BMB or CNC (the letters are kind of weird). When I play it or any files from it extracted by Microstudio or Goldenhawk, I don't see the opening graphic and the lines are doubled. I have never had this happen before. My direct is 8.0 Video is 8mb Ram 256 and cpu 600

My "stand alone" player is a Sega Saturn game station and a copy of the disc that I made using Microstudio looks just fine on the stand alone player but not Microstudio Play.

Again, so far all my other discs look fine on Microstudio Play
