Smile Reset Registration Request

I just purchased an additional Sony Laptop for use as a backup. This new laptop has been setup to replace my outdated desktop that I can no longer use because of a failed hard drive. May I please get my Hoster software registration reset, so I can load on this new outstanding laptop.

I'm sorry you had a computer failure.

Are you aware that Hoster can be installed on two computers for backup or transfer purposes?

Have you tried to install on your laptop? If so and it failed, please post the exact error message you are receiving so we know what to do on our end.

Thumbs up Reset Registration Request

The message I'm getting is:
You can install this product on 2 different computers. Our records show it has already been registered on 2 different computers. If you feel this is in error, please email support@mtu.com with your registered email address and explain what the problem is. We will review your request and email you what to do.

Well, our "Privacy Policy" is catching me here....

I couldn't find your email that you use in this Forum in our Customer Database.

Is your current email what is registered here, or is it with cox?

Is your initials RR?

If cox and RR is right, you can install again.

If not, I need you to email support at mtu.com with this Thread reference and give us your full name that you buy at our store with, and the email we should have on record for you.
