![]() I wrote to technical support shortly after getting my copy of hoster but havn't recieved any replies yet so I'll try posting here.
I installed my backup copy of Hoster on an old machine which had a Yamaha CD Burner in it to extract CD+G tracks, but it didn't work properly. I have removed it from that computer but can't install my backup copy on anything else. Can I please get a reset on the second copy. Also, I ordered a plextor burner from you 2 weeks ago but it still hasn't arrived yet. I am located in Australia, I have ordered things from the US before, the average delivery time is about 10 days unless it goes surface mail which takes about 4 or 5 months. If the order has been sent can you please give me any shipping details so I can track it down. If the order hasn't been sent can I please cancel it and get a refund, as I have already acquired another plextor burner. Thanks |

Can you please email me directly at dougc at mtu.com to let me know your order #. Most international orders are cancelled and a reseller in your country is usually submitted for you to purchase from.
