Another PC has gone down

I have fried another mother board at the bar where I have one of my shows. We have narrowed the problem down to ELECTRICAL SURGES. What I have done to correct this problem is that I have purchased an APC BATTERY BACKUP SURGE PROTECTOR for $75.00 in an atempt to halt this problem.

I now have (2) two PC's with new mother boards and I can't use my HOSTER Program on either one do to a serial mismatch warning. What I have to say to that is, ("BULL"). Now I need for MTU to allow me to load the program on these (2) two PC'c. Will someone there please do this as your security will not allow me to reload the program. (ALLREADY INSTALLED ON TWO PC's)

I have purchased and paid for Hoster 2 times ($356.00) Please correct this for me. [trapper22165@comcast.net]
I'm being polite, but rest assured I am not happy with your loading policy of this program that I paid alot of money for.

Help me, "RonB"

Your being kind of Harsh on MTU. their download policies are there for a very good reason, to keep the price of their product reasonable, and to stop people from buying one liscense and running on many, many computers. We all totally understand your frustration. Not to mention there's a large crowd of users that paid $400 for a single liscense of Hoster (worth ever penny too, I might add.) As Bevis stated, the licsense and registration section of this forum will get admins attention the quickest to help resolve your problem. Glad to hear you have a solution in place for the power surge proplem. Good luck.

Your scolding me still does not answer my question. I have or should I say, had, Hoster on 4 PC's. Now it's only on 2. I explained to you that there was an electrical problem at one of the bars where I work. It fried 2 motherboards. You told me to uninstall and reinstall the program. (How?) Thanks "RonB"

I never said I did not like Hoster. In fact I think it is probably the best program for this type of bussiness. I would recomend it to anyone. However I am ignorant to your forums. I simply want you to make it so I can reload the program on my 2 machines. Thats all

First of All Bevis is not a member of the MTU Staff, His answers are meant to help. I also am not a MTU Member, only a forum user.

If you redirect your Question in the right forum..........at the top of the forums in the forum "Critical Registration Problems" you stand a much better chance of being seen and answered by MTU Staff.
