Registration Help

My old computer is sick and can't work. It fell ill on thanksgiving day. It is in for repair. I down loaded hoster to my new lap top and was trying to install it but I don't have my original registration code. (It is in my saved e-mail on my old computer and the screen is black) I have a show tomorrow night the 26 of Nov, 2005 but mtu is closed for the weekend. How does one get hoster installed and then run if no one is around to help. This system is no good if I end up losing money on it because of lack of support. I need help.

On the main MTU page:

Click on MY STORE ACCOUNT.

First time users must register in....then.

Click on VIEW MY ORDER HISTORY.

If you have more than one MTU product and you don't remember approx. when you bought Hoster, click on VIEW for each order listed until you find Hoster.

When the Hoster order opens...

Scroll to the bottom of the Hoster ordering info until you get to the Registration code and Email address you used when you made the purchase.

Copy and paste the Reg code someplace where you can find it when you go to install.

Make sure the Email address agrees. You must use the one shown on the order.

Hope this gets it for you.

Now, don't depend on anything or anybody else..BACK ALL REG CODES UP TO A CD..COMPUTERS FAIL AND WEB SITES DO GO DOWN, and never at a convenient time.

George

George, What you said to do was not in my order history. I have codes for every one on that site excepted the first order. I thought that I had a hard copy of the orders and the codes but have been unable to find them. I think that if the company can't give 24/7 support then maybe they should allow a down load that last for say 30 days so we have a chance to get the codes or if it is a first time buyer they have a chance to try it out and if they like it pay for it and then get the codes. I have talked to several experts and they said that would be the best way to deal with problems like this. Since I was unable to have the show I lost money and I hope that I can get it back but most important is that this will never happen again for any body. Hope that changes will be made by MTU to take care of this type of problem.

I believe download links are good for a year.
