Red face Pitching up and down-Still Warbles Really Bad

I LOVE MY HOSTER! Can't live without it. But even with the most recent update it still warbles bad even only pitching up or down a half step. Its so bad and embarrassing that even after nearly 10 months of using Hoster I still bring all my CDGs just in case someone needs to pitch up or down. What else can I do?

Tim

Basically Beavis is telling you that you should Reformat your computer and Install a Fresh new copy of Windows On it. This would take care of most problems that are not reported by other users.

What version of Hoster are you running? You can find out by clicking on the Help Menu\About Hoster under the program. If you have the latest version then it will state 3.120.

thanks for the reply, but

I have a brand new motherboard and hard drive (about 2 months) on my 11 month toshiba. I have the newest hoster 3.120. I have a Sound Blaster Audigy2 sound card. I have top of the line sound equipment. With or without the sound blaster pcmia card...even just thru the sound card in the laptop. If anyone has Walking In Memphis (sound choice version) Marc Cohn try it and listen to the piano. Its brutal. And pretty much most the songs. Most the time its a mid to low end warble. Then amplify that with 2400 watts of power....not good. But again...I cant even phathom doing a show without Hoster.

Walking in Memphis sounds great! Even changing keys on the fly. I would try a laptop or another computer. Sorry.

Do you have your master and wave volume turned up to the max? If so, turn them down.

Thanks eveyone for your response. Keep em coming

I will update to the latest drivers if there are any. The card isnt very old...Also, the volume for the sound blaster is set about 3/4 up. I'll try lowering it though it does it without the sound card with only the laptop sound card.
