serial nummber does not match registration info!!!

hi

I have khpro, vogone and the rest of them but it is saying that my serial number does not match my registration information reinstalled homeproducer! I bought these a while back and i have not ever used them well now I have time but now I cant get them to work! What do i do? Do I have to up date them?

i figured it out

ok i figured it out but I had to redownload everything to get it to work so that mean in the future if something happens like this agian it will not let me download it agian will it?? well at least i got my programs to work now by myself cuzz that dont usually happen ! lol keep in touch thanks!!

If you save the downloaded file for each program, and the Registration Code and Registration Email for each program, you can install them again.

You can download up to 99 times, but once you have a VALID downloaded Installation Program, for each product, you really don't need to download again, unless you want a free upgrade we make available.

We provide free upgrades for a reasonable period, and based on what we want everyone to have (example: bug fixes). Free upgrades replace the downloadable installation program that was available (when you click your download link), with the new program version. By clicking your download link, you will be able to get any free upgrades we provide over time. For example, we are about to recompile KHPro, Vogone and Keyrite to use our newer security code that makes it easier to install and run, and allows you to upgrade your computer without "breaking" the secuity as easily as the current verisons. This will be a free upgrade to existing customers, but no one is required to get the upgrade. The latest version of each product is what we ship to new customers also.

When we add significant feature upgrades to a product that costs a bundle, we charge for them. Quality code costs money to develop. Upgrade part numbers end in UpG (UpGrade). You can always access the current Upgrade page for an MTU product by running the program, clicking the Help menu and clicking the Upgrade Version or Check MTU Site link (or something similar). It will take you to a current page where your version is listed and free or priced versions are listed.

Upgrades are $15 to $49, depending on how far back your current version is. If you purchase the $15 upgrades as they come out, it ends up cheaper than waiting and paying a larger sum later. We really want everyone to have our latest code wherever possible.

I hope this gives you a clear picture of your MTU products, downloading and upgrading. I expect your installation problem was related to using a Registration Code for one product to try to install a different one. Or, the Registration Email you entered was your current email, not what we used when you purchased the product.

Our soon to release versions mentioned above now tell users what is wrong when they attempt to register and it fails. Our web site registration scripts have 14 different errors that we check for (and related messages we present), such as you are entering the wrong email address, or not all fields are filled in, or the Registration Code is for a different product... all designed to make registering simple for everyone.
