Smile New laptop & getting hoster onto it

Hi ,i was thinking of maybe getting a new laptop if i can save enough money. How would i install my copy of hoster on to a new laptop when i get rid of my old laptop? It will now its a new comp and say that i am trying to install on more than 2 comps if i am correct. Would mtu reset the reg if i bought a new laptop? Its just a thought as i would like to get 1 with extended desktop mode ,so i will see if i can get enough money first.

thanks nath.

As tiggallen wrote, if you haven't installed your second copy of Hoster, simple install it on your new computer. That is what the second installation is for.

If you have installed your second copy on another computer, you have two options:

1. Buy another copy of Hoster and install it on your new laptop. You will be running two laptops anyway at that time.

2. Wait until a future Hoster release where we will allow transferring an installed Hoster by removing it from an existing computer to free it up, then installing it on a new computer.

Nathan,
You have installed and uninstalled your software about 10-15 times in less than 6-12 months, so you must purchase another copy to load again.

Thumbs up Re: New laptop & getting hoster onto it

Yes i know i have done it loads bryan but i was just thinking if i could get enough money and sell my laptop i have now ,i might buy a new 1 that has the feature of extended desktop. If i was to buy a new 1 how could i load my hoster onto the new 1? i would still only then have it on 2 different comps ,cause i would sell my old laptop to pay for new 1. Surly this cannot warrent having to bye another new copy of hoster can it? Anway its just a thought and will probably not raise enough money to get a new 1 (LOL) ,just checking if there would be any probs if i did.

thanks nath.

What's unclear with this answer?

I thought I was very clear that you WILL have another option in the not-too-distant future to TRANSFER your current install to another computer.

You've already been told you are way outside the norm due to your habit of reformatting every month. The 2 options above are all we offer you now. I hope that is clear now.
