Question Build songs db

Went to build my songs db and I had two to choose from. One was in c:\songs and the other was in c:program files Micro Tec Hoster songs. How do I make sure I am building the right on. When I first got hoster it saved it just in c: songs. I am running 2.006 now and it's in c:program files Micro Tec Hoster songs?

Re: Build songs db

Move all your KMAs to C:\Program Files\Hoster\Songs

Then, open the Tools, BUILD SONGS DATABASE and set the SONGS SOURCE FOLDER to C:\Program Files\Hoster\Songs

Then, click the BUILD SONGS DATABASE Button at the lower left.

If you do this, hoster will always know where the SONGS are whenever you do Upgrades or Re-Install Hoster.

I would highly suggest that you install Hoster in it's DEFAULT Folder.

Re: Build songs db

Also make srue that the Database folder is always set to C:\Program Files\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster\Databases.

This is the second Seelct Folder, unless you have 3.006, where this was removed so you no longer can change it.
