ATI Radeon 9200

My video card bit the bullet after just a few times using it and it was a built by ATI. The card was a refurbished that I got from Newegg, it worked fine for a week or so and then after hosting my first show with it the following day when I started up, the screen froze up and then after i finally got it started it would freeze up everytime I tried to use two displays. It would not even start up on the monitor I had to start it on the TV and then switch to the monitor after.
I bought a new card this time not refurbished and it's back to working fine.
My question is: do you think the way I was running the TV displays caused a problem? I connect to the composite out then Y of it to one TV and the other end goes to a RF Modulator, then to a Signal amplifier to the Cable connection on the second TV. I also of course have the Computer monitor hocked to the 15 pin CRT connector.

That is the way I have mine hooked up. I have not had any problems at all with mine.
