Graphics sweeping 2-3 words out of sync..please help asap

[Spin It Again]

I'm new using hoster along with my OtsDJ software. The sweeping of the words in hoster were really sweeping slow and then I read about changing the audio acceleration to basic. I did that and its a big improvement but they are still off by 2-3 words. Everyone once in a while it will be caught up in a song but then slack off again until it can catch up. Need much help....thanks in advance. Heres some info. on my laptop.

What kind of Video card do you have? Try doing all of the Windows Updates, from the Start Menu\Windows Update. Also make sure that you have the latest drivers for your Video card and your Sound card. Also your Video card must beable to support DirectX 9.0.

I have a Trident CyberBlade XP2 video card and everything has been updated with drivers and windows along with direct X. I will be going out tomorrow to purchase a new one that has the Radian 9000 card in it so I will then need information on how to transfer over the lisence from one computer to another since the other lisence is on my home PC. Thanks in advance
