Flaw in 2.219 Upgrade

Attention Administration

I installed the upgrade to 2.219 and on my laptop, everything worked fine. However, at my show, when I went to play a song, it would play in the laptop preview screen, but not on the singer's monitor.

Restarting the computer did no good.

Before I downloaded and installed the upgrade, I had created a restore point in Windows. So, I restored the computer to what it was before I upgraded, and the problem was solved.

Please check out what could be causing this problem, and advise when it is fixed, so I can download and install it again.

Thank you...

Re: Flaw in 2.219 Upgrade

Maybe a dumb question but you didn't note it in your post, so i'll ask: Was your desktop still extended and if so did you try dragging the screen over to the TV screen?

Re: Flaw in 2.219 Upgrade

This is being discussed on my other thread "Issue with 2.219 and Preview Window"

In answer to your question, I assume the desktop was still extended, since the desktop was showing on the singer's TV as it normally did. But when I played a song, the desktop remained on the TV and the song played on the laptop.
