MTU Support:

I have emailed three times with no reply, I also read your report on the MTU site about emails, so here I am at the Forum asking for an assist. Email request follows:

I have loaded Hoster on both my show and home computers. I have been having a number of problems with Win XP on the home computer and have had to switch hard drives and reload windows a number of times to get XP working right. Still don't know exactly what was wrong, but the computer has worked great for three days with no glitches and I am now ready to load Hoster back on and an unable to do so, because your data base shows me already having loaded it on two computers, one of which will not take a reload. Week before last, I managed a reload after contacting you, but daily, the speed of my computer was noticeably slowing down, till it took 4 minutes just to load MS Word. NAV found a worm and removed it, but in order to get back to speed, I had to delete XP, reformat and partition the hard drive and install XP and all my programs. I saved Hoster till last to make sure that it had a fighting chance this time. I still could not load it because of the multi computer message.

I am pretty sure that Hoster was not the cause of my problems. It worked fine on the first load and I loaded about 200 disks to the hard drive before I started having problems.

Additional Info: In my first two emails, I mentioned that I had changed out the motherboard on this computer for a newer/faster/more ram model since I originally installed MTU Hoster. I know that is part of my problem, it doesn't look like the same computer. Thanks, bb

To Bryan and all the guys and gals. You do great work, thanks and keep MTU going strong. I use both Microstudio and Hoster regularly and nobody does it better than MTU. bb
