Microstudio Help Support:

I have your small box Shuttle X computer with Hoster installed. We installed Microstudio on this computer which we had already purchased and installed on a different computer and it is not acknowledging the Plextor CD-R PXW1210A drive which you had installed in to the Shuttle X computer. Why does this happen and what can we do to resolve the problem?

Our other problem is a video problem with the Shuttle X. When we click the Microstudio icon to start the program it changes the video from the Medium 16 bit to a Low 8 bit. Why would it do this and is there a way to resolve this problem?

The drive in this Shuttle system was a Plextor 5224TA model. This drive is only supported Under Microstudio 2.609. If you open Microstudio, click on the Help Menu\About Microstudio, what version does it show? If it is not this version then you will need to upgrade.

I would recommend that you connect this computer to the Internet, click the Start Menu\Windows Update. Run this and Install all of the Updates this should fix your issue you are referring to with the video. I have never seen this problem before.
