![]() I purchesed the hoster 2 days ago and it was delivered to me this morning.
I have been trying to get in contact with mtu by phone by I have not been able to get and answer. Please contact me as soon as possible. I was planing to work with that on friday and i need time to transfer the music. |

Sometimes it takes a day or two for admin to generate the e-mail. entering in the Music in Hoster is quite another subject. Unless you only have a few disc, it will more than likely take you several days to import the disc. Even with a 52 speed drive it's a long process. hope you get things working soon.

Hi Pat... I verified your order was received at 5:48:02 today. I checked the "unapproved downloads database" and your emails were not there. From home, I can only assume the store worked correctly and the emails were sent to you.
Check your "spam" folders as Yahoo.com has been known to flag commercial .com communications as spam. If you still don't have them in the morning, post back here again and we'll dig deeper. I see no reason why you shouldn't already have them. ![]() ![]() |

Wrong on my part
First, ADMIN doesn't generate the download emails. Our on-line eCommerce store has been automatically generating the download emails for over 2 years now. They are NORMALLY sent out within seconds of your credit card being approved.
However... that didn't happen this time. I reread your post and saw "I purchesed the hoster 2 days ago" so I went back to my orders preview screen. I see your order was placed on August 2nd, and I can't explain why the emails weren't generated for 2 days ![]() ![]() ![]() We are in the final days of converting to a new store we have been working on since February. Maybe... the download generating scripts were being upgraded and your order went into limbo... ![]() ![]() Now, if you have looked at the manual and still have questions, please post them here so we can help you. We don't call and are quite busy (why I am here at 8:58PM trying to catch up ![]() |
