Thumbs down Error Message: Please Select A Reading Device

Dear Folks:

I am getting a error message when I am tring to make a copy of a cdg from the same read and write drive. I have a new Plextor PX-708UF. My microstudio version is 2.6.0.4. I am running windows 2000. I can't even import to custom assembly. Doug Cox told me that Brian would call me but nothing since last week. In need of help really bad.

Re: Error Message: Please Select A Reading Device

Hi iceboydj,

Try this, under the duplicate disc or custom assembly tab click in the reading drive pulldown (not the down arrow on the right) so that the name of reading drive is highlighted and has focus. Once you do this, try to duplicate the disc or write CD and it should work. I had the same problem in 2.605 but once I gave focus through the steps used above I was good to go.
