Large Screen

I'm still not getting an answer on the screen size. I know about the clicking to make it small during a show. I would like it to stay that size and it goes back up to a full screen.. I have to click it on every song to make it the size I would like.

If anyone has any answers please let me know. The old version I had in did not do this. I have the newest version that I just put on a couple of months ago..
Thanks Anita

Re: Large Screen

I missed your earlier post, buy why do you want the screen size to be reduced?

Re: Large Screen

Anita,

Not sure if this will help but I will try to explain how I set up each time. I am connected to a 13" monitor for the singers and a bigger screen for the house audience.

After everything is connected; mixer speakers, computer, stc. I power up. Once I have Hoster up, I breifly play part of a song to make sure "everything" is working. When I push stop my screen on my laptop is black. My monitor and house screen show my "Kellyoke" logo. I take my mouse and grab a section of the black screen and drag it over till I can catch a corner and then reduce it as small as possible and drag it up to a portion of the screen where it is out of my way. After that, any song I play, the song only shows up in the appropriate window on Hoster. I don't have to resize after each song. And when each song is through, my logo pops up until I start another song. Not sure this info helps, but the bottom line is I only have to do this one time when I set up.

Good luck

Kelly

Re: Large Screen

Thanks for the reply.... I do not do karaoke. I use the computer for my own shows. I don't really need the words for much of my show at all.. So when I play the song I don't need anyone bu myself to see the words. Mine will not stay small. The old version used to stay small once it was set.. I don't know why this one keeps going to a large screen every time a new song comes up.

Thanks again.
