Downloading problem
We downloaded the free upgrade to hoster today and when we tried to open the file it said, 'The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify it integrity and try again." It took quite a while to download this, is this going to happen again? Is there something wrong with the file?
Another problem we are having is, we have an external hard drive and when we try to shut if off on the task bar to safely remove it we are getting a message, The devices "generic volume" cannot be stopped right now. This doesn't allow us to properly remove the device from the computer. Has anyone had this problem and is there a remedy? Thanks, Shelley |

This means that something corrupted the file, between the transfer from our website and your computer. Try to download the file again. If you still have problems then you will need to purchase the CD-Rom, since your download is not working correctly.
It sounds as if you have something that is still using the drive. I always just unplug the USB external drives, to shut them off.

I left a message on your voice mail, because I live in the boonies, and sometimes get bumped offline, it says I have used up my downloads. If you get bumped offline, it counts as a download. Where do I go from here? Oh, and thanks for your help, it is very much appreciated!!
