![]() I've been trying to get a hold of someone from MTU for the past couple of days. No one answers the phone, no one returns my message, and no response from the email I sent.
I want to purchase Hoster but I need to talk to someone in Sales first. I have a couple of questions for them. Can someone please help me to get into contact with someone at MTU? |

You'll find that if you ask your questions here, you'll get a much faster reply and one from the customer's point of view.... (guaranteed all good too!)

This is gonna sound silly...but, all I need is to ask a sales rep if they can reinstate the coupon they emailed to me for the Hoster program. I missed it by one day! I just wanna know if they can reactivate it or send me another one. Hopefully, I can get a hold of someone soon.

Ray,
I am sorry but the Sales guy, Doug has been out of the office since Monday, lunch time. His wife has had a baby. He probably won't be back home from the Hospital until, tommorrow night or Friday. He will not be back at work until sometime, next week. I will have to talk to Doug about the Coupon, I have no clue what he can do. They were only set for a certain time frame, this is why they expired. I will have to let him handle that one.
