Playing cdg files from explorer

Is it possible to associate the cdg extention to an exe so as to launch the "Player" by double clicking a cdg file in explorer? If so could I get the proper syntax?

We have to write a special code processor to allow association, and that's assuming the .cdg files are already on your hard drive. I don't see us doing that as Microstudio is a 4 function product.
