download problem

i have not yet been able to download my microstudio program when i tryd it said that i had used up my 80 atempts to download but i had only tryed once i'm on windows xp home edition
adm athlon (m)xp 1800+1.53 ghz 480mb ram dial up 56kbps max
no error message apart from check to see if i had a download accelorater program running. but i don't know if i have one running or not and don't know how to find out.
at a loss can someone help

I just emailed you. I also tried your link and it worked perfect for me. Make sure that you are using Internet Explorer to download the file with.
