Question Cannot add selected tracks to create cdg disc

Though I've happily created many karaoke cdg tracks using Microstudio, suddenly I cannot do so. When I proceed to add tracks from the D: drive, which is where I always exported the cdg's after each song completion, the only directory offering is now labeled "Audio CD(D)" rather than the "regular" D drive, which I cannot access. When I tried to add tracks from the local C drive, which is where I store the cdg's using "Save As", the program failed to write the CD- an X'd box appears reading,"Error: Invalid CUE SHEET command at line 3..." The selected tracks from the C drive(from "Save As) at least will appear in the track listing area; when I select them; however, again, it won't write. My question is, "What happened? Suddenly, I can no longer write karaoke cdg's" The D hard drive that contained all my karaoke projects(over 100 songs) suddenly doesn't appear in the "Look In" window; only the Audio cd's can be copied. - Hope someone can help me resolve this problem. I tried calling tech support, but the recorded message said I can only use this internet MTU forum. - Thank you. - Frankaraoke

ADMIN ANSWER: This is a Windows problem, not Microstudio. Try turning your computer off and restarting. Microstudio uses the standard Windows "Open File" dialog to allow you to select any drive/directory/sub-dirs.../filename you want to find and use.

ADMIN ANSWER: The Cue Sheet error is a totally separate problem. One of the files you are thinking is a "CDG" file, even though it has a .cdg extension, is NOT a CDG file. That is the problem. There is a thread exactly on this topic, so search for "CUE" to find and read what to do.

ADMIN ANSWER: The Forums are our first line of support for many reasons; one being that we can refer you to prior posts as I have above where your answer is already waiting for you.
