Betamax-UK... Also Known As... Denver

Your continued accusations are also not true. There is no way we can BLOCK someone from buying at our store. Your CREDIT CARD is being denied charges.

Our Office Manager reported that she saw you had tried many times to get your credit card approved for an order and they all reported failed. What more can I say? We have done everything humanly possible to support you. I don't know what else we can do. You have problems that are beyond our ability to help. It is very clear on that point. You need to get someone to help you overcome these problems. It is NOT our responsibility and we have gone the second, third, and fifth mile.

We made it clear in your prior post that your software was installed on too many computers. I personally erased your prior registrations once so you could install on more and you maxed it out again! You are licensed to install on one computer, but can install on 3... to allow you to upgrade in the future. If you choose to install on 3 immediately, that is your mistake. Then, to install on a forth, you must buy another copy of Microstudio. I made that very clear before. What else can I say. You don't follow our License Agreement, you don't follow our support instructions, you state you are now happily using another product and we encouraged you to continue being happy. Then... WHY why do you want to come back and continue having problems that we can't solve??????

To continue making false accusations will get you further banned. Get someone to help you with your problems.

Yes

Let's try this:

1. Stop the insulting remarks. We do the best we can to help you, and you know that.

2. Get someone else to help you install the software. You have a strong history of not following everyone's recommendations in the Forum and MTU's direct private emails.

3. Install your programs on ONE computer. Peter, I will report that we are researching why your Registration Records look different from everyone else. Are you installing on more than one computer or only on one computer? Please answer this question for me.

4. Get stable so we can help others and not spend so much time on your problems. You are a very expensive customer. I am not sure we alone can help with your problems as they do not relate to our products.

5. Be respectful of others time in the Forums. When your computer is hit with a virus or crashes, please contact your local computer store or guru to help you, not our Forums. You are burning us out with repeated problems that are not related to MTU.

We are doing our best to help you, but there comes a point where we simply can't afford to any longer. We have past that point twice already.

Once we get your programs running again, will your computer crash or get another virus so you need more help? If so, then you need to find help elsewhere with your computer problems.

Thankyou for your reply. I will work with you on your suggestions. I have recently bought Norton Ghost and can now back up the contents of my hard drive. This will mean that i am able to restore my computer to an original setting in the event that i have any future problems. This will also mean that i will need your helpful assisstance less in the future. However, I do need to have the mtu software on my hard drive first before i make a back up copy. As you probably know i use keyrite which can only be used with your software. Please can you give me the mtu software so that i can make a complete back up containing mtu. Many thanks, Peter.ps one computer
