Why am I getting this message? I can not use this program.

USER32.DLL is a Windows problem, not Microstudio

Please read this prior post. It addresses the USER32.DLL problem.

This is a Windows problem, not Microstudio. Once you get your computer running correctly, Microstudio is very easy to use.
