Singer screen muddled

Bryan, got home after seeing you in Raleigh wed, started the
show and the video screen is muddles on songs and the audio
stops during song. Need help immediately. Lots of shows with
no hoster is hard after getting so use to using it. Also, your
timely help is appreciated.
