my registration number was rejected
HEllo , i just purchased the microstudio software and it said that my registration number was rejected .. Someone help me.. i keep trying to email someone but it is not working either .. i really need my registration number.. Thank you any help is greatly appreciated !!!!!:0)

Hi,
Just thought you should know that the staff at MTU takes some well deserved time off on weekends. Registration problems generally have to be addressed by them, so I doubt there'll be any answers until Monday. That's not to say one of them might not help you before then, it's possible, but don't count heavily on it. Just thought you should know so's you can relax a bit more over the weekend. You mispelled your email address
I'm sorry you are having problems.
![]() The registration page states you must enter your email address that you used when you ordered, and that can be found on your Installation Instructions email you received and downloaded from. I sent an email to your address last night that you purchased from with this insight when I saw you were failing when you tried to register. Please post back here so we all know you are up and running. ![]() Thanks for being an MTU customer! |
