I have some questions regarding the new version:

1) Does it still play in the 8 bit mode?
2) Can I run it (one at a time) on more than one computer?
3) Still has the Mute effect when clicking anywhere?
4) When you say 50% faster, do you mean it could extract the cdg to my hard drive at 50% faster than the previous 2.4 version?

1) 8 bit mode has now been removed completely.

There is now a button on the Play Tab, that allows for Full screen display or Windowed Mode when the Player starts.

2) Yes, limited to about 2-3 systems, so Don't install it on to many systems.

3) Yes, Mute is still there.

4) Yes, but this is only due to the New Plextor 52x CD-R drives and the new Plextor DVD-R burner. The speed increase is in the newly supported drives, not the actual software itself. So it will make no difference on current CD-R drives.
