Question registration from floppy

Installed microstudio 2.506, registration serial number already emailed to myself! had to register again from floppy! seems unnecessary to me, but running "runme.exe" displayed message, "winhttp.dll file missing rerun installation and see if this corrects the problem" is this a error in writing the reg' info to the disc or a browser problem? any help please, getting fed up with all the registration duplication with these programs, i appreciate the need to protect them but once should be sufficient especially when without the usb net adaptor the program won't run anyway!!!!!!
thanks

PAquick,
The file that you need is attached at this Thread. The Winhttp.dll file is not in Windows 98 or ME. In the current download of Microstudio, it places this file on the Floppy Disk. So you can either Redownload Microstudio 2.506 or just place this file on the Diskette and it will then register.

Extract this file to the floppy disk that you have the RunMe.exe file on.
