Can you change MP3 Files to WAV?

Does microstudio have the capability to change an MP3 file to a WAV file so that I can go in and take the vocals out of disks downloaded and make them into a karaoke disk or do you have to load in the WAV file staight from an Audio CD? Thanks

the link will take you to MTU's Vogone site that will explain about voice removal and that you will need another program to first change mp3 to wav before using Vogone.
