Cool Broadway MIDI's for KHP

The following Website:

http://www.broadwaymidi.com/shows.html

Has great Midi arrangements from almost every Broadway Show, including all the great songs of Rogers and Hart.

1. You select the Musical
2. You select the song.

The song will play, but you "CAN'T RIGHT MOUSE CLICK TO DOWNLOAD"

BUT THERE IS A TRICK TO GET THEM.

WHILE THE SONG IS PLAYING USING: Start...Find Files....SEARCH FOR THE SONG USING THE EXACT FIRST 6 OR 8 CHARACTERS OF THE NAME OF THE SONG AS IT APPEARS ON THE MEDIA PLAYER. ONCE YOU FIND,
RIGHT MOUSE CLICK TO COPY AND PASTE TO A FOLDER.
YOU MUST ACT QUICKLY BECAUSE AFTER THE SONG IS FINISHED IT IS DELETED FROM THE TEMPORARY DIRECTORY IT HAS BEEN DOWNLOAD TO.

KJZONE,

Thanks for the tip. I tried it and found an easier way. I simply put the song in pause once the windows media player opened and it started playing, and then was able to take all the time I needed to search, copy and paste. That was on my 98se system. On my Xp system, the Edirol vsc is my default midi player and a file download box appears to open the file to play, and instead of opening, simply selected save. Both played fine. Thought I'd pass it on.

Thanks again,

George

UPDATE: I changed my default midi player on the windows 98 p.c to the Edirol VSC and the same download box opens now on it also, and it'sa simply a matter of selecting Save on it also. No need to copy and paste there either. Guess the OS really doesn't matter, just whatever the default MIDI player is.
