Slow operation
After upgrading to 5.09.02 system has slowed down. Takes up to 15 sec. to start a song. Any ideas?

You need to post more information about your systen so someone here can help you.

Toshiba Satellite C675, Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, 4 gig mem, 650 gig hard drive (595 free space) amd processor
I have ordered more memory to upgrade to 8 gig.

Are all songs taking this long? If not, have you created Start and Stop end points to remove silence, on all songs? Are you running in Remove Silence Mode or Normal Play Mode?

How many songs are in your database? Are all songs on the internal C drive of your Toshiba Laptop? Are they Zipped Files or KMA Files or KMH Files or a mixture of all?

Are you running an Anti-Virus Program in the background?

Run Task Manager, Watch Performance and see the changes of the CPU usage as the song is Started, and finally begins to play...

What Hoster Version did you upgrade from?

It takes about 15 seconds to start the first song of the show. The rest are much faster. Database only about 24000 songs. (ALL LEGAL) unlike my wannabe pirate a**hole competition.
